Refund policy

All transactions are in US dollars.

All orders fulfilled by Sidewalk Fulfillment Services.

Returns: 
All items must be returned within 30 days of the confirmed shipping date for domestic orders and 90 days for international orders. Returns made within 7 days of delivery are eligible to be returned with no restocking fee, except for made-to-order items, which carry a restocking fee of 25%. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale. The purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges. Restocking and shipping charges are waived solely for errors on our part or for defective merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or are otherwise unsellable. If you wish to return an item, please contact us to receive an RA# and further instructions on the process.
